What does ASKZARA do with its customer’s data and content?
We use your data to make our business and delivery better. Your data will be used to improve site dynamics and capability of its searches. ASKZARA collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each web visit. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our web visitors and customers use its website.
ASKZARA may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. ASKZARA may use non-personally-identifying information as an aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website. We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. Certain visitors to ASKZARA’s websites choose to interact with ASKZARA in ways that require ASKZARA to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that ASKZARA gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Depending on its application, The Site and its data may never be directly alluded to its owner. It may be anonymized as a statistical aggregate.
For example, we ask visitors who sign up to publish a listing to provide a username and email address. Those who purchasing a listing with SNAP video are asked to provide additional information required to properly conclude the desired transaction. In each case, ASKZARA collects such information as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with ASKZARA. ASKZARA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from properly viewing or using the site.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
ASKZARA discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that,
(i) need to know that information in order to process it on ASKZARA’s behalf or to provide services available at ASKZARA’s websites, and
(ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using ASKZARA’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
ASKZARA will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. We are not going to use identifiable customer data and info and directly sell this to anyone. We will not use your data to spam others.
Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, ASKZARA discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when ASKZARA believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of ASKZARA, third parties or the public at large.
If you are a registered user of an ASKZARA website and have supplied your email address, ASKZARA may send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with ASKZARA and our products. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the
right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. ASKZARA takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
Who owns the customer’s data and content once it’s on The Site’s server(s)?
You own all of the content and information you post on ASKZARA, and you can control how it is shared. You control your data and what is kept on our servers. If you add new content, it exists along with the current content. If you delete your content, it’s gone from our server(s).
For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub- licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content that you post on or in connection with ASKZARA (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your content or your account.
What we have is only what you placed on it. Any data we use to improve our services and site is anonymized as aggregate data. No one can tell who is who. We reserve the right to use your data and store it on our servers for our internal business use.
Who still owns the customer’s data after the listing is no longer used or wanted / cancelled?
Your information is archived as a dormant or unwanted listing. We keep this data so in order to avoid duplicity and to cross reference the accuracy of all businesses and people that use our service.
We are not going to share unique and personal information with anyone ever. In the event that The Company is ever sold, The Site data may be considered a tangible asset and sold with the company. Again, site data may never be directly alluded to its owner and may be anonymized as a statistical aggregate.
When you delete your content, it’s not really gone completely. Please understand that all removed content persists in backup copies on any server for a very long time that is entirely beyond our intervention – that’s the way how servers operate. It is impossible to entirely delete something thoroughly and forever.
If ASKZARA, or substantially all of its assets, is acquired, or in the unlikely event that ASKZARA goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of ASKZARA may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
What happens if a customer posts / misuses the site and posts disallowed content?
See section ‘SITE USAGE RULES’ in Terms & Conditions. You would have been flagged for review from either other user’s complaint of misuse or by our own web admin staff for the same reasons. You and your listing will then be taken down, with no refund for intermediate and premium listings (If it’s a free listing – it’s taken down as well). We are quite likely going to help law enforcement charge you if you are doing something illegal on The Site.
I am using my credit card through your site. What security guarantees to you have that the info won’t be stolen or hacked?
We securely handle money through PayPal Express. Its advanced security features are completely current and dependable. If there’s a breach, it is impossible to have happened from our end – please don’t contact us – this would be a security issue with PayPal. We are a transition point for this transaction data – not an end settlement point. To protect yourself in any online circumstance for verification, always use 2 step verification for any gateway that handles credit cards or log in.
We store only your personal info for your account and listing set up. We don’t store your credit card number on our servers. We only use customer credit card info for sign ups and renewals referenced from your PayPal initial set up.
